Baking Sourdough Bread

February 11 at 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm EST

1 Sisters of Providence Road
Saint Mary of the Woods, IN 47876 United States

Open for registration. Registration deadline: February 4, 2021.

We’re delighted to offer our popular sourdough class virtually! You no longer need to live in the area to learn how to make your own delicious sourdough breads, which is easier than you may think.
Join Candace Minster by Zoom as she demystifies the sourdough process in this crash course. She will demonstrate sourdough bread making basics (like why you don’t need commercial yeast) and tips and tricks for creating and maintaining starters.
Cost is $45 per person which includes instruction materials and a starter. For an additional fee, shipping is available for non-local participants who are not able to pick up class materials from our Farm Store.  Please register by Feb. 4 so we have time to get your starter to you!
