Earth Day Festival & Craft Fair
West Central Indiana’s largest and longest-running Earth Day celebration is held in April at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods, Ind.. About 2,000 people from the Wabash Valley area attend this springtime festival featuring food, handmade items, workshops and other family-oriented activities. There will also be pony rides, Silly Safari, Mark Booth raptor show, garden and horse barn tour, nature trail hike, alpaca shearing demo, fiber arts demos, food vendors, nearly 40 other vendors selling handmade and homemade items, bake sale and much more!It’s a jam-packed celebration of earth. The 2018 event will be on Saturday, April 28.
Christmas Fun at the Woods
All are welcomed to celebrate Christmas time with the Sisters of Providence at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods with many activities including decorating cookies with the sisters, taking the carriage rides, sing-a-longs, Christmas bingo, story time, North Pole Zone, face painting, Santa Claus and many more family friendly activities. The 2018 event will be on Saturday, December 1.
