


Do you have a knack for organization, a passion for detail, and a desire to use your skills for a mission-driven organization? We’re a not-for-profit religious organization seeking a Facilities Business Manager to join our team.
This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can support our Facilities Management team. You will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our computerized maintenance management system, MaintStar, and ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do
Manage the MaintStar System: You’ll be the expert on our computerized maintenance management system, developing preventive maintenance protocols and ensuring accurate data for all work orders, fuel usage, and utility meter readings.
Handle Financial Tasks: You’ll prepare budget analyses, manage capital project requests, and handle accounts payable functions, including preparing purchase orders and processing invoices.
Coordinate Administrative Functions: You’ll assist with incoming work orders, maintain fire prevention records, and provide critical support to the Director of Facilities Management.
Streamline Operations: You’ll help us improve our efficiency by ensuring all documentation is accurate and all systems are properly maintained.
Who You Are
You are highly proficient with computer operations and applications, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
You have at least five years of experience in an office setting and a strong attention to detail, particularly with financial and data entry tasks.
You have strong communication skills and can interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
You have a fundamental knowledge of project management principles.
An associate degree or higher is a plus, but we will consider equivalent experience. Previous accounting experience is strongly preferred.
