SUMMARY:Sourdough Bread Baking Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Sourdough breads are a delicious\, nutritional treasure and are easier to make than you may think. Let Candace\, our resident bread-baker\, walk you through the process from the comfort of your own home. Learn sourdough bread-making basics\, tips and tricks for creating and maintaining starters and ideas for how to incorporate sourdough into a variety of other baked goods.  Our in-person class option is now full but we still have spots available for virtual participants. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe workshop includes instruction materials and a sourdough starter. Starters can be picked up in advance at the White Violet Farm Store or shipped to your home for a small fee. \n\n\n\nThis is a demonstration class where participants see the process. In person class is limited to 15 people. \n\n\n\nThe workshop will take place in-person or virtually from 6-8 p.m.\, on Thursday\, February 20. Cost is $50 per person. \n\n\n\nThe registration deadline is February 14.
