Learn how to preserve your own veggies and herbs using simple facto-fermentation methods. Participants will learn fermentation basics and principles and make their own garden-fresh sauerkraut-type ferment to take home.
Cost is $25 per person which includes course handout, samples, and a ferment to take home. Please register by June 21.
Note: The Center is home to two cats and although they may not be present for the workshop, if you are highly allergic, please use caution.
