Labyrinths have long been used for meditation and prayer and as a tool for an inward journey and self-reflection. Learn the origins of the labyrinth and receive suggestions about walking the sacred path. There will be time provided for prayerfully walking the labyrinth.

Sister Paula Damiano, SP

Sister Paula Damiano, SP, is co-director of Providence Spirituality & Conference Center and has led retreats and workshops on a variety of spiritual topics in the United States and in Canada, Europe and Asia. She has a special interest in combining art and music in retreat work. She has a bachelor’s degree in art education, a master’s degree in spirituality from Fordham University and a certificate in business executive management. Sister Paula is the former high school teacher, diocesan vocation director, Congregation vocation director, associate pastor and provincial councilor, also served as a Sisters of Providence General Officer for 10 years.
