Do you want to use more herbs in your everyday cooking but aren’t sure what herbs go best with what foods? This class is for you. Learn about the most used culinary herbs, how to pair herbs with food and how to best preserve fresh herbs for later use. We will show you how to make herbed salts and sauces. And we’ll eat! Herb guide, recipes and light dinner included.
Cost: $40. Register by June 10.
