Earth Day Festival & Craft Fair

Spend the day west of the Wabash River on Saturday, April 28, 2018, with your family supporting three events at Dewey Point in West Terre Haute, Indiana, and the 20th annual Earth Day Festival & Craft Fair at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods!

Nature trail hike led by Forester Stu Haney

Grafted cucumber plants garden research project tour/presentation

Smoothies and salad mini workshops by The Maple Center for Integrative Health LEAF Leadership

Old favorites!

Pony rides ($5), Silly Safari, Mark Booth raptor show, garden and horse barn tour, alpaca shearing demo, Sisters of Providence bake sale, fiber arts demos, food vendors, about 40 other vendors selling handmade and homemade items, and much more!

West Terre Haute events (All proceeds from West Terre Haute events benefit the Wabashiki)

Wabashiki Art Fest 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at the  Wabashiki Fish and Wildlife Area in West Terre Haute.

Turtle Trot fun run for children K-5 check-in at 8 a.m. at Dewey Point along the Wabashiki

3rd annual Emily’s Walk check-in at 9 a.m., also at Dewey Point at the Wabashiki trail. Participation packets at Terre Haute Savings Bank.

Plan now to spend the entire day with the family west of the Wabash River on April 28!
