Out of an abundance of caution this event is canceled. We hope to see you on April 23, 2022 to celebrate Earth Day.
Bring the family for a fun family day filled with alpacas, children’s activities, hayrides, fiber and 4-H demonstrations, facts about the farm and more.
Join us for our first big event in over a year! Celebrate the 25th anniversary of the White Violet Center for Eco-Justice a ministry of the Sisters of Providence.
- Learn about the history of farming at the Woods from 1840 to today, which has included dairy cows, a bakery and cannery, chickens, gardens and alpacas.
- Enjoy a hayride around the grounds.
- Visit our alpacas and see the 4-H Alpaca Club demonstrations.
- Watch as we demonstrate how alpaca fiber is spun into yarn, felted and woven.
- Take part in activities throughout the day.
- Take one our guided walking tours
- Visit the Farm Store at White Violet Center and Linden Leaf Gifts.
Admission is free. Donations are appreciated.
