SP Annual Meeting with Sisters of Providence and Providence Associates. (no candidates)
Below is the registration link for our meeting. There is no meeting registration fee this year due to the generous donation of a benefactor! You will still need to pay for your lodging and any meals you eat on campus with the Sisters of Providence.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Registration for the annual meeting will close June 2! We cannot take registrations after this date due to the many logistical plans that have to be completed prior to our meeting (food service, LeFer housing, LeFer ballroom set-up, Sisters of Providence coordination, printing, etc.)
IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT HOUSING AT PA ANNUAL MEETING
READ CAREFULLY! Housing for the PA Annual Meeting is available at LeFer Hall for $45/night. Please contact Debbie Dillow (email@example.com) to reserve a room. Payment for LeFer housing is by cash or check made payable to the Sisters of Providence and given to Debbie Dillow. These rooms are dormitory style with two twin beds and a shared bathroom. Sheets and towels are provided. Reservations must be made by JUNE 2. Reservations canceled after June 9 will be charged to the person who made the reservation (the college charges the PA Office for reservations canceled less than two weeks out and our budget cannot afford to pay the extra charges.)
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Holiday Inn (3300 US Hwy 41, Terre Haute, IN 47802). All rooms in the block are doubles. Rate is $89 per night plus tax. Reservations must be made by June 2. Call 812-232-6081 to reserve a room. Mention that you are with the Providence Associates/Sisters of Providence.
