Some of your favorite dairy products are easy and fun to make in your own home, using little to no special ingredients or equipment. Making them yourselves saves you money and gives you a superior product. And best of all? It absolutely amazes your friends! We’ll make the following products; butter, buttermilk, yogurt, crème fraîche, sour cream, paneer and mozzarella. Most of these items are great to do with your kids, and children over six are welcome in the class when accompanied by an adult. And, of course, we will eat what we make!
