Sisters to host ‘Mother’s Day Lunch: Holiday Celebrations Around Our Table’

Join the Sisters of Providence of Saint Mary-of-the-Woods, Indiana, and celebrate all mothers, grandmothers, aunts and their families during the upcoming “Mother’s Day Lunch: Holiday Celebrations Around Our Table.”

The luncheon will take place from 12:30-2:30 p.m., on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 11, in the historic O’Shaughnessy Dining Hall at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods.

The luncheon is the conclusion of the Congregation’s “Holiday Celebrations Around Our Table” fundraiser series.

Bring the entire family for the celebration of mothers and more for the buffet-style meal, which will include entrees of shrimp alfredo pasta, caprese chicken, vegetable lasagna and creamy risotto with green peas.

There will also be a children’s meal as well, including chicken tenders and macaroni and cheese. All children will have access to the salad table and dessert table at the buffet.

Cost is $30 for adults and $15 for children. Children 2-under will be admitted free.

Come early and join the Sisters of Providence for Mass in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, beginning at 11 a.m.
