Save the date for these upcoming events!

Now that the Sisters of Providence of Saint Mary-of-the-Woods are officially open to the public, the Congregation is excited to once again offer the many events, workshops and more that many people missed out on last year due to COVID-19.

Mark your calendar for Fall Farm Day at the Woods, scheduled for 1-4 p.m., on Sunday, Sept. 19. Spend the afternoon at the Woods for a fun family day with alpaca visits, children’s activities, hayrides, fiber and 4-H demonstrations, facts about the White Violet Center for Eco-Justice farms and more!

The Congregation will also host Christmas Fun at the Woods this year from 1-4 p.m., on Saturday, Dec. 11. Enjoy the festive afternoon with the Sisters of Providence and others by taking part in crafts, cookie decorating, wagon rides, holiday sing-a-longs and more!

And finally, the Sisters of Providence have scheduled the Earth Day Festival and Craft Fair, the longest running Earth Day celebration in west central Indiana, to take place on Saturday, April 23, 2022. Come out to the Woods and celebrate the Sisters of Providence home by taking part in tours of the garden and horse barn, a nature trail hike, an indoor craft fair, demonstrations and more!
